This is a bowl of Zuppa Tuscano. It's a soup they have at the Olive Garden and my 13 year old son absolutely loves it. I found the recipe online and now he makes it a couple of times a month for us. It has potatoes, spinach, sausage and other goodies in it. Yum Yum

That looks so good, I just looked the recipe up on line. Now to find a kid to make it for me! ;)
Looks good, though I'd have to omit the sausage.
It looks very hearty and warming - no wonder he likes it!
