I used to buy shredded cheese, ready to use in a bag. You know, for convenience sake. Anyway, with the price of cheese going up, like everything else, I've stared grating my own. Also, when I found the pre-shredded kind contains cellulous(sawdust) to prevent clumping and sticking it made the decision even easier. It does taste alot better.
